These people are great. Everyone is nice and friendly. It took a while to get in to be looked at, as the case with any shop right now. However, as soon as they were able to take a look and let me know the issues with my vehicle, parts were ordered and work was done so quickly after that. Love their after hours key drop system. Pay online then pick up your key from a secure locked box after they closed so you don't have to leave work early, so convenient. My favorite shop in Kalamazoo and surrounding areas.
